are taking telephone orders and providing deliveries to Ivybridge. They also
have a click & collect service. You can call on 01752 895533 for the Farm
Shop items and for meat from the Countryman’s Butchery call 01752 897914  They
offer deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays whilst we will deliver from them on
Mondays & Wednesdays see:

Tamar Fresh – home deliveries of fruit and vegetable boxes, order a £30 or £40 box
including delivery. When ordering, choose additional products to add to the box
such as bread, milk, eggs, dried goods etc. call 01752 848738

Taking telephone orders for collection*

The following are only taking orders online and you need to arrange collection – good
if you are able to or ask someone to order on your behalf*:

Hettie’s coffee shop – Open 8am – 2pm – Basic items: coffee, bread, milk, jacket potatoes,
baked beans, eggs, apple juice, anti-bac cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner.

The Sportsmans – Bread, milk, bacon, cheese, butter, pasta, rice and vegetables
please get your order to us for next day delivery to the Sportsmans inn (bread
orders must be in by 1p.m.) There will be no mark-up! This is a service for the

Shopping in store

Cooperative Food, Glanvilles Mill – Vulnerable shoppers only from 8am to 9am Monday to
Saturday and from 10am to 11am on Sundays

*Contact Ivybridge and District Community Transport to see if delivery of your
order is possible if the retailer doesn’t offer delivery.

Age UK ( offers a number of shopping services,
two of most relevance here are: Ordering online shopping for those
without internet capability using standard supermarket services – this is done
by telephone liaison – at present these services are extremely overloaded.
 Volunteer to buy shopping at supermarket and then deliver it– charge
to cover mileage. Shopping list is confirmed in advance on phone. At this
point, this approach seems likely to be of most value.
